    Incredibly cramped rooms with inadequate furniture!!! Toilet area feels poorly designed, lacking space and hooks!!! The gym seriously requires a makeover!!! Reception location between floors seems confusing!!!

    Liked this pleasant hotel, easy to find. The room was big and modernly furnished, the staff was really kind. And the room's amenities were good. The venue was in a central location so close to Hai Phong on the coldest days of the year, and main restaurant. Actually everything was good, my next choice again in Hai Phong.

    I recently enjoyed a luxurious Seven nights in a One-Bedroom Apartment. The rooftop pool offered fine views while providing the perfect spot to relax under the sun. Dining at the hotel's restaurant was a highlight. The varied menu was crafted with fresh ingredients and presented beautifully.

    Great New Year's Eve party with delicious food and excellent drinks. The DJ played good music and we danced until midnight. The room was very clean, and we liked the comfortable beds and the soft pillows. , there was a nice view from the room to the city lights, and it was in a convenient location near the main shopping area.

    The breakfast was a bit disappointing, with limited options and nothing special. , the staff was not very friendly nor helpful when we asked for information about the surroundings.

    Excellent location, friendly staff, comfortable room, good breakfast. I had a great stay in this hotel. The location was excellent, very close to the city centre and main restaurants. The staff were really friendly and helpful, informing me about the breakfast discount. The room was very clean and comfortable with a coffee machine, a small walk-in closet, and a great view from the 21st floor. The breakfast was so good with many food choices and everything was delicious.

    This hotel exceeded my expectations with its luxurious amenities and excellent service. the spa centre and rooftop pool were especially impressive. the full body massage I received was one of the best I've ever had, and the sun loungers by the outdoor swimming pool were a relaxing oasis. the in-room breakfast was a delightful touch and the poolside snack bar was a convenient option.

    The only minor issue I encountered was the limited number of channels available on the TV in the leisure/TV room. this was easily overlooked with the other impressive facilities and services offered by the hotel.

    The hotel had two complementary facts offered, which was nice. the hotel was located in a good area, close to the city centre. We also enjoyed the advantage of having a coffee machine in the room.

    Our room was super small, better for a single person than a couple.
